SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING
When we receive an order, we try to prepare the shipment as soon as possible. In most cases we manage that all orders with confirmed payment until 1pm are shipped the same day. After this time they will be dispatched the next day.

However, during festive seasons, in cases of temporary stock shortage or at times of high order flow, we may take up to 48 hours to prepare the order for shipment. If we exceed this period we will contact you.

The shipping address may be different from the billing address and this information is set during the check out process. Once the order is dispatched it is no longer possible to change the delivery address.

The delivery time and shipping costs vary depending on the type of shipping and are calculated automatically in the shopping cart. You can choose between shop pick-up and home delivery.

SHOP PICK-UP
We will inform you by e-mail as soon as your order is available and you have a maximum of 15 days to collect it. In this case, you will need to present the confirmation email and your ID document.

HOME DELIVERY
The order will be delivered to the address you specify during the purchasing process. Delivery times vary depending on the type of delivery selected.

RETURNS
If the purchased item does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days from the date of receipt of the order. To do this you must send an email to orders@breathekodikara.com indicating the order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

Items must be returned in good condition, with complete original packaging and label and without any signs of effective use. Only those that comply with the return conditions will be accepted.

In this case, shipments with payment to the addressee or cash on delivery will not be accepted and shipping costs will not be refunded.

As an alternative, you can return your item to one of our shops free of charge.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase. In the event of a refund request for an item purchased at a reduced price due to a special offer, we will refund the amount actually paid and not the original amount.

For amounts paid by Credit Card or PayPal, the refund will be made to the same method of payment. In the case of amounts paid by ATM or MBWay, the refund will be made by bank transfer, being requested the IBAN during the refund process.
